The job is for a school of Adults, they are refuges most of them are from Iraq and Syria, some of them are from China, Vitamin, Afghanistan. They are beginners and level 1 in English. I just need to mention in my general selection criteria that I worked for 5 years as a teacher assistant , I work in conjunction with the teacher in the classroom and I got advantages from my work as English teacher assistant. For example I can create a fun enjoyable lesson, I understand all students need, I’m able to build a positive relationship with them and make the lesson easy to learn. I can work under pressure. And as part of a team with teachers classroom.

With high experience in teaching, of over 5 years as an assistant teacher, I have delivered training in English to varied age group students. I am self-motivated and driven by a keen desire to teach. I have depicted high level of patience in dealing with students in class.
Appreciations from co-teachers in smooth class management, and class engagement are my strengths along with my degrees in teaching.
The presently pursing course of Masters of TESOL would be an added advantage to deal with students who are speakers of other languages. Also, the personality characteristic of depicting patience and relating to class would help relate to the candidates who are refuges and accordingly deal with them when training.
Working over the last 5 years in an English teaching profession has made me efficient to understand that English is not just about teaching a new language, but along with developing personality and soft skills. My knowledge in personality development and soft skills would help deliver similar attributes in my teaching along with basics of computer handling abilities, which is the key to smartness in this technology driven world.
