TASK DESCRIPTION: 

For this assignment you must complete Part A and Part B: 

Part A: Write an annotated bibliography (600 words)

The article emphasizes the effectiveness of continuing education intervention on the communication of nursing professionals in the clinical setting. The educational intervention needs to focus on the requirement of interdisciplinary collaboration between the nurse professionals while systematically improving their critical communication proficiency. Accordingly, nurses acquire the opportunity to customize healthcare interventions for the treated patients in the context of reducing their length of stay in hospital settings while concomitantly improving the quality of treatment approaches.
