Case overview
The setting is that of a Japanese conference room of Osatech- a Japanese video software company, which is having a meeting with the American video game company Videomart. The meeting is focused towards procurement of licensee agreement to sell Japanese software by Videomart. In the initial setting, it is evident that both the parties realize the mutual impact of this partnership on their respective business, and are hence willing for this alliance.
