Solution

Introduction

A UML class diagram provides a static view of the enterprise application that is intended for development (Jawadekar, 2013). It allows for the easy mapping with the object-oriented language during the application development. It describes the structure of a system through different classes, attributes, operations and relationships between them.  The major purpose of this diagram is to segregate the design component from the coding component during application design. In this report, the UML class diagram for social welfare service benefits especially for the disabled provided through the Department of Human Services is drawn.
